"WORRY FREE" REFUND POLICY
RETURNS: We want you to be "worry free" about your purchase! If you are not happy with your item(s), you can receive a full refund if the item(s) are returned within 30 days. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return. Please note, we will not pay for shipping or provide a label.
We will issue a full refund on any defective item(s) or any item(s) that were damaged through transit. To request a return, please take a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow up to ten (10) business days for us to review. We will provide the mailing address and you can send it back. Please note, we will not pay for shipping or provide a label. Once the merchandise is received by us, we will process your refund within thirty days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
We do not offer price adjustments.
LOST PACKAGES: A store credit will be issued for all lost packages that are due to a Modern-ish error.
REFUSED PACKAGES: This includes unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages. It will be the customer’s responsibility to repurchase items. Modern-ish will not be able to issue a refund or store credit.
