RETURNS: Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We will issue a full refund on any defective item(s) or any item(s) that were damaged through transit. To request a return, please take a picture of the damaged or defective item(s) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow seven (7) business days for us to review. If we accept the return, we will send you a shipping label with instructions. Once the merchandise is received by us, we will process your refund within thirty days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the applicable purchase.
LOST PACKAGES: A store credit will be issued for all lost packages that are due to a Modern-ish error ONLY.
REFUSED PACKAGES: This includes unclaimed, refused or undeliverable packages. It will be the customer’s responsibility to repurchase items. Modern-ish will not be able to issue a refund or store credit.
